在过去的很长时间内，百度都是中国互联网世界中毋庸置疑的领军巨头之一，它也一度曾经是市值最高的中国互联网公司。


然而，在刚刚过去的2016年里，百度却显得有些风雨飘摇。伴随着过去一年里包括“血友病吧事件”、“魏则西事件”等等在内的一系列负面新闻，现在在大众舆论层面提及百度，颇有些群情激愤的感觉。以至于，近年来已经渐渐形成了一种近乎于“黑百度就是政治正确”的论调。


从数据来看，百度也不容乐观。


2016年10月28日，百度公布了2016财年第三季度未经审计财报。从数据报告看，百度总营收增长继续放缓，同比下滑0.7%，创历史新低，并且是自上市以来出现的首次“负增长”。网络营收占比164.7亿元，同比下滑6.7%，同样首次出现负增长。


百度Q3财报发布后虽然股价上涨，市值达到607.28亿美元，但与并称“BAT”的阿里巴巴方面2606.59亿美元和腾讯方面2558.67亿美元市值相比，市值已经仅为阿里腾讯的1/4，从市值上看，百度大有可能跌出“BAT”的队列。
